Beechmont
Are you looking for a relaxed atmosphere? We offer you our Beechmont area. It can be credited to tree lined Southern Parkway which leads to Iroquois Park. This is also a historic neighborhood which features homes ranging from small cottages to expansive two and three-story homes on extra-large lots. Beechmont is close to the Kentucky Exposition 
Center, as well as the University of Louisville.
This area of town is located just east of the downtown business district. Through massive preservations efforts, Louisville has been able to maintain the area’s historic homes, some of which are dated back to the Federal era.

Fern Creek
